I got some Japanese treats and snacks. Everything arrived in great shape, and I’m really pleased with what I received. I’ll definitely be placing another order from Saqra mart soon.

Everything arrived in excellent shape. The Nendoroids I got were the real deal and were packed up really nicely. The candy I purchased was sealed tight and in superb condition. It took about two and a half weeks for shipping, but hey, that’s to be expected since the stuff came all the way from Japan. I just wish they had a wider selection of products.

Fantastic customer experience - items showed up in great condition and on time. I'll definitely buy from this site again.

The company stays in touch with you during your order(s) if you want them to. I got a Plastic model Kit from them, and it showed up in excellent shape given its age (5-10 years).

• Their prices are reasonable, not too low but also not sky-high.
• They ship items super fast; mine got here in 9 days, which is pretty good since I’m in the UK.
• Shipping is free for orders over 150, but even the shipping cost isn’t too steep otherwise.

Overall, a solid 10/10 experience! I’ll definitely shop with them again if I need to!

I got a couple of model kits from Saqramart and they shipped them to Australia super fast. The models were packed really well for the journey. I'm really pleased with what I bought and would definitely shop with them again. Honestly, it’s way simpler than pre-ordering from local game stores, and the items show up faster than the actual release dates here. Couldn’t ask for more with my orders.

I placed an order for an MGEX Strike Freedom back in November 2022, and here we are, 6 weeks later, still waiting for it. The tracking info indicates it’s been stuck in transit since December 3rd. I reached out to the support team via email, but nobody has gotten back to me about the status. This has been a pretty disappointing experience.

Completely unacceptable! I placed my order well ahead of their break. They were aware of my order since I reached out via email. When I saw that my order still hadn’t shipped and their closure dates were getting close, I emailed them again, but they just ignored me! Cahroon or Itadakibox is way better! If you’re planning a vacation, make sure all your orders are sent out before the cutoff date! Why should folks have to wait a whole month after placing an order just for it to be shipped? DO BETTER! And then they try to get this review taken down! Shame!

I've made two purchases from SaQra Mart (once in January 2021 and again in December 2022). Normally, I’m a bit cautious and steer clear of sellers with mixed reviews, but this site had the items I was after, decent prices, and free shipping, which is pretty uncommon for Japanese products! So, I decided to give it a shot. Both times, my deliveries were spot on; they were packed well and exactly what I requested. The only bummer is that the processing time is a bit slow. Each of my orders took over 10 days to get processed, and there were no updates until they shipped. I reckon this is a small operation where they handle orders by hand, so I’m okay with it, but the wait can be a bit stressful.

I placed my order on December 7th, then I foolishly checked out reviews afterward. I came across a bunch of bad feedback and figured I had thrown my cash away, but boy, was I in for a treat when my package arrived 12 days later! Everything was spot on, top-notch quality! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took longer than the 6 days promised (it ended up being 12).

I've been keeping an eye on this site ever since it popped up in my Google search for Gundam model kits. At first, I was a bit unsure about buying anything since I hadn't heard of SaqraMart before and the reviews were all over the place. But I decided to go for it when I noticed they had the Witch from Mercury kits in stock. About two weeks later, my package showed up via EMS. Luckily, everything was genuine and all the parts for the model kit were included in the box. I mention this because the High Grades I got didn’t have those two strips of tape that usually indicate the box hasn’t been opened or is pre-owned, which made me a tad anxious since I'm used to that in the US. All in all, it was a solid experience, and I can't wait to shop here again!

I placed an order for $150, and after a couple of weeks, I really thought I had been scammed. So, I reached out to customer support, and they reassured me. They got back to me quickly and thoroughly, and it turned out my items were already en route; it was just stuck in customs. I was a bit doubtful at first, but nah, they’re a legit seller and a solid one at that.

I'm really let down because a bunch of items were not included when I got the package. The company isn't willing to give back my cash or send the items that were left out. When I reached out via email, they took a week to respond and then said I couldn't claim all the missing stuff after 10 days... It feels like they just took my money.

I got myself a Nendoroid, and it showed up in roughly a week. The cost was fantastic compared to other places, which were asking for an extra £30 or more. I’m for sure gonna shop here again. I did notice some other folks had bad experiences, so it’s wise to keep that in mind, but my time with this site was spot on.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS! This website is a total scam. I sent them £50 for some products, but they never showed up. They claimed they would either resend the items or give me a refund. I've been trying to get my money back for 3 YEARS, and now they say I can't have it because it’s been over 2 weeks? The items were supposed to take more than a month to arrive, so how's anyone supposed to complain in just 2 weeks when the stuff ain't even due yet? Seriously, steer clear of this site and keep your cash.
